The union boats are leaving town
Giselle went south for the spring
An antique haul, Tapuhi’s fall
Hector, my captain, take the reigns away
We’ve lost control
Go quietly by the rooms, there’s a child on board
Dragging anchor, looming founder
Ngake strikes his tail
Caught between the devil and the deep blue sea
Abyssal plains ahead
The drowning dogs in smokeroom lounges
Such an ugly day

This is the best album released in recent years. A masterpiece of psychedelia, progressive, space, electronics ... wonderful work.

got recc'd this on youtube and loved it- reminds me a lot of late 60's and early 70's records i used to hear playing out of my parents' stereo on sweltering summer days. OPAL

Soothfully a phenomenal prog rock album—an instant classic. What motivates me to say so, is the music’s incredible expressiveness & its wonderfully cinematic song structures. Jargon is a very good fit with this band. It is quite evident that the band’s current lineup have great chemistry together & that they share a common affinity to this vein of music. I look forward to their next creation. Drifting Sun are definitely one of prog rock’s brightest lights. Thank you, DS!
