You are the one that carries me
And holds my head above the sea
There is a dove flying overhead
With your name engraved on its quiet vein
How can I praise how can I have faith
When the ones I love live so disgraced
I tried to see everything your way
But the facts don’t change, the hope don’t come
When will we see the day?
We built a life down by the cross
But my confidence wanes, my prayer’s unheard
Every day I want the best for you
A home, good friends, and a life well lived
All of your hopes and fears are here
In this box upon the window pane
There is a rope hanging from the sky
And it’s calling me, this is no way to be
When will we see the day?

This is the best album released in recent years. A masterpiece of psychedelia, progressive, space, electronics ... wonderful work.

got recc'd this on youtube and loved it- reminds me a lot of late 60's and early 70's records i used to hear playing out of my parents' stereo on sweltering summer days. OPAL

Soothfully a phenomenal prog rock album—an instant classic. What motivates me to say so, is the music’s incredible expressiveness & its wonderfully cinematic song structures. Jargon is a very good fit with this band. It is quite evident that the band’s current lineup have great chemistry together & that they share a common affinity to this vein of music. I look forward to their next creation. Drifting Sun are definitely one of prog rock’s brightest lights. Thank you, DS!
